How your trade-in works
Agree the details
Any initial valuation is provisional. Before you send anything, we’ll agree the items, price, inspection process, postage, return arrangements and payment timing in writing.
Inspect & complete
We inspect authenticity, completeness and condition against your description and photographs. If something differs, we may revise or withdraw our offer and arrange a return. Any return cost must follow the arrangements agreed before posting.
Payment & protection
Agreed purchases are paid through PayPal Goods & Services, rather than Friends & Family. PayPal Buyer Protection may apply to our purchase if eligible; it is subject to PayPal’s terms and is not a guarantee for every transaction. PayPal may deduct commercial receiving or currency-conversion fees from your payment. We’ll confirm the offered amount and any known deductions before you commit.
