This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, eBay or any other third-party platform or brand referred to in promotional material. Third-party trade marks and product names are used only to identify the prize and/or qualifying products. 2. Promotion period The Prize Draw opens on 24 September 2026. Purchase entries will qualify from 00:01 UK time on 24 September 2026. The closing date for purchase entries and receipt of free postal entries is: 23:59:59 UK time on 29 October 2026 The draw will take place on: 30 October 2026 Entries received after the closing date will not be included. The Promoter does not intend to extend or change the closing date. The closing date or other material conditions will only be changed where circumstances genuinely outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make a change unavoidable and where the change can be made fairly and consistently with applicable law and advertising rules. CAP guidance states that promotional closing dates and other conditions should not normally be changed except in exceptional circumstances. 3. Eligibility The Prize Draw is open to individuals who: • are aged 18 or over at the time of entry; • are resident in Mainland Great Britain; • have a valid Mainland Great Britain delivery address; and • comply with these Terms & Conditions. For this promotion, Mainland Great Britain means England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and offshore UK islands are excluded. Employees, directors or officers of P Cain Limited, anyone directly involved in administering the promotion and members of their immediate household are not eligible to enter. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, address or eligibility before awarding the prize. If reasonably requested evidence is not supplied, or demonstrates that an entrant did not meet the eligibility requirements, the relevant entry may be declared invalid. 4. Prize There is one prize. The prize is: 1 × sealed Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box (standard edition) The prize will be supplied as advertised. There is no cash alternative at the winner’s request. The prize is not exchangeable by the winner for cash, store credit or another Pullmancer product. If circumstances genuinely outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make supply of the advertised prize impossible, the Promoter may substitute a prize of a similar nature and equal or greater value. The Promoter will not substitute the prize merely because the promotion proves more or less commercially successful than anticipated. 5. £150+ value statement Promotional material may describe the prize as: Worth £150+ This refers to an indicative secondary-market value, rather than the product’s original retail price. At the launch of the promotion on 24 September 2026, the Promoter reviewed contemporaneous UK secondary-market evidence for comparable sealed Pokémon 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Boxes, including examples of products being offered and/or traded at values exceeding £150. The Promoter has retained evidence supporting the statement made at the time the promotion was launched. Collectible values are inherently variable and may increase or decrease. Accordingly, the £150+ statement: • reflects secondary-market conditions observed around the launch date; • is not a guaranteed resale price; • is not a guarantee that the prize will remain worth £150 or more; • does not guarantee that the winner could personally sell the prize for £150 or more; • does not represent a guaranteed cash value; • is not an investment valuation; • does not constitute financial or investment advice; and • does not give the winner the right to request £150 or any other cash amount instead of the prize. The screenshots and market evidence retained by the Promoter may be used to substantiate the promotional value claim if required. 6. Purchase entry route Eligible purchases must be made directly through: www.pullmancer.co.uk Purchases made through Amazon, eBay, Cardmarket or any other third-party marketplace do not qualify unless the Promoter expressly states otherwise. During the Promotion Period: Every complete £10 spent on qualifying products earns 1 entry. Examples: • £10.00–£19.99 qualifying spend = 1 entry • £20.00–£29.99 = 2 entries • £30.00–£39.99 = 3 entries • £50.00–£59.99 = 5 entries • £100.00–£109.99 = 10 entries Only complete £10 increments count. Any remaining amount below the next complete £10 threshold does not generate an additional entry. For example, £29.99 of qualifying spend generates 2 entries rather than 3. Entries are calculated using the amount actually paid for qualifying products after discounts, discount codes, vouchers or other price reductions. Delivery charges do not count towards qualifying spend. 7. Qualifying products All products sold on Pullmancer.co.uk during the promotion qualify, including trading cards, singles, graded cards, manga and accessories. Qualifying products may include products from brands or games including: • Magic: The Gathering • Disney Lorcana • One Piece Card Game • Yu-Gi-Oh! • Star Wars Unlimited • Dragon Ball Super Card Game • Digimon Card Game • Palworld Official Card Game • and other products specifically identified by Pullmancer as qualifying. The appearance of a brand logo in promotional material does not necessarily mean every product manufactured under that brand qualifies. The website product subtotal actually paid after discounts, excluding delivery, determines the number of purchase entries. The Promoter may add further products to the qualifying range during the promotion. A completed purchase that legitimately qualified when it was made will not retrospectively lose its entry merely because that product is subsequently removed from the qualifying range. The Promoter reserves the right to correct genuine website, product-tagging or administrative errors prospectively. 8. Product prices Qualifying products remain genuine retail products supplied independently of the Prize Draw. No separate ticket or Prize Draw entry is being sold. Purchase-route entries arise as a promotional benefit attached to otherwise qualifying retail purchases. The Promoter does not intend to inflate the ordinary selling price of qualifying goods solely to charge customers for entry to the Prize Draw. 9. Free entry route — no purchase necessary No purchase is necessary to enter. Eligible entrants may enter using the free postal entry route. Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or another premium postal service is not required. Each correctly completed postal submission equals one entry. Only one entry may be submitted per envelope. Multiple free postal entries are permitted, provided each entry is submitted separately and otherwise complies with these Terms. Postal entries must be received, rather than merely posted, by: 23:59:59 UK time on 29 October 2026 Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for postal entries which are lost, delayed, damaged, illegible, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, insufficiently stamped or otherwise not received where this is outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Valid free postal entries and purchase-generated entries will be entered into the same final draw. Each individual entry carries the same chance of selection regardless of whether it was generated by a purchase or submitted using the free postal route. The system used to select the winner will not distinguish between the two routes. The Gambling Commission specifically recognises first- and second-class post as normal-rate free-entry methods and requires free and paid routes to be treated equally in the prize allocation system. 10. Number of entries There is no fixed overall maximum number of valid entries that an eligible person may hold. Each valid entry represents one entry into the random draw. A person may therefore have multiple entries. The probability of winning will depend upon the total number of valid entries received. The Promoter makes no representation or guarantee concerning any individual’s chance of winning. 11. Cancelled, refunded, reversed or unpaid orders Where a qualifying purchase is: • cancelled; • refunded in full; • subject to a successful chargeback; • unpaid; • reversed; or • otherwise not completed, the entries generated by that purchase may be cancelled. Where only part of an order is refunded or cancelled, entries may be recalculated according to the remaining qualifying spend. For example: A £50 qualifying purchase generates 5 entries. If £25 of qualifying goods are later refunded before the prize is awarded, the remaining £25 qualifying spend would generate 2 entries. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer right to cancel an order, return eligible goods or obtain a remedy for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. However, if qualifying expenditure is cancelled or refunded, entries dependent upon that expenditure may cease to qualify. If a provisional winning entry relates to qualifying spend which is subsequently reversed or refunded before the prize is awarded, that entry may be declared invalid and another random draw conducted. 12. Fraud, manipulation and invalid entries The Promoter may reject or disqualify an entry where it reasonably concludes that the entry: • is fraudulent; • was made using materially false information; • uses a false identity; • was created using automated systems, scripts or bots; • resulted from manipulation of the website or entry system; • is associated with payment fraud; • is associated with deliberate chargeback abuse; • has been duplicated contrary to these Terms; • was submitted by an ineligible entrant; • is materially incomplete or illegible; or • otherwise materially breaches these Terms. The Promoter may carry out reasonable verification before awarding the prize. These powers will be used reasonably and will not be used simply to avoid awarding the advertised prize. 13. Winner selection All valid entries received before the closing date will be entered into the final draw. The winner will be selected at random on 30 October 2026. The Promoter intends to use a computerised process capable of generating verifiably random results and will retain appropriate evidence of the selection. If a verifiably random computer process is not used, the winner will instead be selected by, or under the supervision of, a demonstrably independent person. CAP requires prize-draw winners to be chosen according to the laws of chance and requires evidence that the process was genuinely random. 14. Provisional winner The first selected entrant will initially be treated as the provisional winner. The prize will not be awarded until the Promoter has reasonably verified: • the entrant’s identity; • age; • residency; • delivery address; • validity of the winning entry; and • compliance with these Terms. The provisional winner becomes the confirmed winner once the verification process has been satisfactorily completed. 15. Contacting the winner The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied with their entry. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected entrant. The Promoter intends to make at least three reasonable contact attempts where necessary. The provisional winner should respond within 14 days of the first notification. If, despite reasonable attempts: • the winner cannot be contacted; • the winner does not respond within 14 days; • the winner declines the prize; • eligibility cannot reasonably be verified; or • the winning entry is found to be invalid, the Promoter may withdraw provisional winner status and conduct another random draw from the remaining valid entries. The Promoter will not deliberately impose unnecessary or unreasonable barriers to claiming the prize. 16. Delivery of the prize The prize will be delivered free of charge to the confirmed winner at an eligible Mainland Great Britain address. The Promoter intends to dispatch the prize as soon as reasonably practicable after verification of the winner. Where reasonably possible, the prize will be delivered or dispatched within 30 days of the closing date. The Promoter may use tracked, signed-for and/or insured delivery. The winner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. The Promoter will take reasonable care when packing the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for unavoidable delays caused solely by couriers, postal operators, extreme weather or other circumstances outside its reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve genuine delivery problems. 17. Prize condition The prize is a sealed collectible product manufactured and packaged by a third party. The Promoter does not manufacture Pokémon products. Accordingly, the Promoter cannot guarantee: • specific cards contained within the sealed product; • card pulls; • rarity of cards contained inside; • factory print quality; • card centring; • grading potential; • minor factory packaging imperfections; • manufacturing variations; or • future collectible condition once the prize is in the winner’s possession. The Promoter represents the prize as a genuine sealed Pokémon product. Any material transit damage should be reported to Pullmancer Card Company as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. 18. Future value Trading cards and sealed collectible products may increase or decrease significantly in value. The Promoter gives no guarantee concerning: • future market value; • future scarcity; • investment performance; • future resale demand; • grading outcomes; or • the price obtainable if the winner later chooses to sell the prize. Following delivery, any decision to retain, open, sell, trade or grade the prize is entirely the winner’s responsibility. 19. Winner information The Promoter may make available the winner’s surname and county to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place. A winner may object to publication of this information or ask the Promoter to reduce the amount of information published. Where the winner objects, the Promoter may nevertheless provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator where required. 20. Personal information Personal information supplied in connection with the Prize Draw may be used where reasonably necessary for: • processing entries; • administering the Prize Draw; • verifying eligibility; • preventing fraud and abuse; • selecting the winner; • contacting the winner; • delivering the prize; • retaining an appropriate audit record; and • complying with legal or regulatory obligations. Entering the Prize Draw does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated direct marketing. Where marketing consent is legally required, it will be requested separately. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law and Pullmancer Card Company’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be retained for longer than reasonably necessary for administration, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and appropriate business record-keeping unless a longer period is required by law. 21. Technical failures The Promoter will not be responsible for an entry failing to be processed solely because of technical failures involving third-party: • internet services; • hosting services; • telecommunications networks; • payment processors; • postal systems; • couriers; or • other infrastructure outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Where a technical fault materially affects the integrity of the Prize Draw, the Promoter may take reasonable corrective measures. Such measures may include: • correcting affected records; • temporarily suspending entries while a fault is resolved; • restoring valid omitted entries; or • repeating a draw where there is reliable evidence that the original selection process was compromised. Any corrective action will be designed to preserve fairness between entrants. 22. Exceptional circumstances Where exceptional circumstances genuinely outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make it impossible or unlawful to continue the Prize Draw precisely as advertised, the Promoter may take reasonable and proportionate action necessary to preserve the fairness and integrity of the promotion. This could include temporary suspension, correction of a technical problem or another unavoidable administrative amendment. The Promoter will not cancel the promotion, withhold the advertised prize, extend the closing date or materially change the rules merely because: • sales are lower than expected; • sales are higher than expected; • participation is lower than expected; • participation is higher than expected; • the prize changes in secondary-market value; or • continuing the promotion becomes commercially less attractive to the Promoter. Any unavoidable material change will be communicated clearly. 23. Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes liability for: • death or personal injury caused by negligence; • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or • any statutory consumer rights which cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those protections, the Promoter will not be liable for losses which were not reasonably foreseeable or which arise solely because of circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes any legal rights available to an entrant. 24. Social media and third-party platforms This Prize Draw may be advertised through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google or other third-party platforms. Those platforms do not sponsor, endorse, administer or operate the Prize Draw. Questions concerning the promotion should be directed to Pullmancer Card Company rather than a social-media platform. 25. Administration The Promoter will administer the Prize Draw fairly, reasonably and in good faith. Where an issue arises which is not expressly dealt with by these Terms, the Promoter may make a reasonable decision necessary to resolve it while preserving the integrity and fairness of the promotion. Nothing in this provision prevents an entrant from exercising legal rights or referring a matter to an appropriate court or regulator. 26. Governing law The Prize Draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory consumer rights which apply to them. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right an entrant may have to bring proceedings elsewhere. 27. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed only to the extent necessary. The remainder of these Terms will continue to apply. 28. Acceptance of these Terms By entering the Prize Draw through either the purchase route or the free postal route, an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
