Language & one-off purchases

Our shop, checkout, customer communications and contracts are available in English. Each order is a one-off purchase of the listed goods. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring payment.

Placing an order

Add goods to your basket, review the items and quantities, then proceed to checkout. You can return to the basket to correct items before starting payment. Enter and check your delivery details in Stripe, review the full total and submit payment. Your order status is then displayed. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Products & condition

Read the listing photographs, condition notes, grading information and price before ordering. A third-party grade represents that grader’s assessment and is not a promise of a future grade or market value. Collectibles may change in value.

Prices & payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is displayed separately before payment. Prices include VAT where applicable. Stripe processes payment securely. Your order is confirmed and the sale contract is formed when payment is verified and the order confirmation is made available. A basket alone does not reserve stock.

Reservations & availability

Checkout temporarily reserves available stock. If a payment is declined, you can retry while the checkout remains open. Cancelling or letting checkout expire releases the reservation after the payment provider confirms it. Contact the store if a payment appears on your statement but your order is not confirmed.

Delivery & cancellations

See our shipping and returns policy for costs, timing, cancellation and refund details. Delivery risk stays with us until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
